Rooted in the breath-centered traditions of yoga, subtle body awareness, and trauma-informed somatics, we blend ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience to offer grounded, inclusive tools for regulation and reconnection. We support individuals with sensitive nervous systems, including those navigating adult ADHD, trauma, and sensory diversity, while welcoming anyone feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, or disconnected in a fast-moving world. Through classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and free resources, we help students and practitioners cultivate embodied resilience and reconnect with their relationship to rhythm, breath, and stillness.
