How we can work together

We offer group and one-to-one sessions online via Zoom or in-person classes and workshops, designed to support your nervous system, clarify what’s keeping you stuck, and gently reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom. Each private session is bespoke, woven from somatic tools, lifestyle guidance, and nervous system education, to help you shift patterns, regulate from within, and cultivate habits that support your emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.

In this practice, we’ll explore breath, movement, and sound to support nervous system regulation, inner sensing, and embodied presence, especially for sensitive or overstimulated systems.

Yoga at Calm Wired is an embodiment of slow sensory-based practices designed to reconnect you with the felt wisdom of your body. Rooted in somatic awareness and nervous system science, this approach invites you to move with intention, listen deeply, and respond gently to your internal experience, rather than striving to perform. 

Rather than emphasizing external shapes, Embodied Yoga focuses on how each movement feels from within. This makes it especially supportive for those with sensitive nervous systems or anyone navigating overwhelm, disconnection, or chronic tension. 

You’ll explore breath, sound, stillness, and simple movement as tools to downshift the nervous system, expand internal perception, and cultivate safety in your body, at your own pace. Wired for Calm at Calm Wired is a sensory-based healing practice that uses vibration, frequency, and intentional listening to support nervous system regulation and inner harmony. Rooted in ancient sound traditions and modern neuroscience, each session weaves together a variety of instruments to gently guide the body out of fight-or-flight and into states of rest, repair, and spaciousness. 

This practice is especially supportive for individuals with ADHD, trauma, or sensory processing sensitivity, offering a safe, nonverbal pathway to soothe the system, reconnect with the body, and expand capacity for presence. Through resonance and rhythm, Sound Alchemy invites you to attune to your inner landscape and remember your innate ability to self-regulate and receive calm.

Wired for Sound:

Mindful Embodiment is Calm Wired’s signature meditation experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build inner safety one breath at a time.
Blending somatic awareness, interoceptive meditation, and sensory-friendly techniques, this practice moves beyond traditional stillness to invite gentle movement, sound, and self-touch as gateways to presence.

Each session helps you tune into the signals of your body with compassion and curiosity, especially for those living with sensitive nervous systems. Rather than forcing stillness, we cultivate it from within by meeting your body where it is and creating space to feel without overwhelm.

This is mindfulness for the wired, the sensitive, and the overwhelmed. A space where presence doesn’t mean silence, but attunement. Where regulation becomes a daily ritual not a goal.
