Yoga at CalmWired is a living, breathing practice of slow, sensory-based movement infused with fluidity and dynamic flow, always rooted in somatic awareness and nervous system science. Each class invites you to move with intention, explore organic shifts in rhythm, and listen deeply to your body’s cues, letting sensation guide your practice rather than external shapes or performance.

Instead of chasing a fixed form, this approach centers on how movement feels from the inside out. Gentle arcs, spirals, and pauses meet soft stretches and dynamic sequences, creating a space for both stillness and motion to serve your regulation. This approach is especially nurturing for those with sensitive nervous systems or anyone navigating overwhelm, disconnection, or chronic tension.

Through breath, sound, stillness, and adaptable movement, you’ll discover tools to support regulation, deepen interoceptive awareness, and restore a sense of safety in your own body on your terms, in your timing. Drawing from diverse yoga lineages, each practice becomes an act of nervous system care, where your sensations are welcomed, your rhythm is honored, and your presence is more than enough.

Wired for Calm at Calm Wired is a sensory-based healing practice that uses vibration, frequency, and intentional listening to support nervous system regulation and inner harmony. Rooted in ancient sound traditions and modern neuroscience, each session weaves together a variety of instruments to gently guide the body out of fight-or-flight and into states of rest, repair, and spaciousness. 

This practice may feel especially supportive for individuals with sensitive nervous systems, offering a safe, nonverbal pathway to soothe the system, reconnect with the body, and expand capacity for presence. Through resonance and rhythm, Wired for Calm invites you to attune to your inner landscape and remember your innate ability to self-regulate and receive calm.

Mindful Embodiment is Calm Wired’s signature meditation experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build inner safety one breath at a time. Blending somatic awareness, interoceptive meditation, and sensory-friendly techniques, this practice moves beyond traditional stillness to invite gentle movement, sound, and self-touch as gateways to presence.

Each session helps you tune into the signals of your body with compassion and curiosity, especially for those living with sensitive nervous systems. Rather than forcing stillness, we cultivate it from within by meeting your body where it is and creating space to feel without overwhelm.

This is mindfulness for the wired, the sensitive, and the overwhelmed. A space where presence doesn’t mean silence, but attunement. Where regulation becomes a daily ritual not a goal.
